“Thank you life, and all the little ups and downs that make it worth living.”
— Travis Barker
If you are on this site, there is a possibility that you are achievement oriented. You like to set goals, check tasks off the to-do list, and achieve more than ever before. We run around trying to do as much as we can every day. We attempt to multi-task, despite the research that proves it doesn’t work, and cram as much as we can into as little time as possible. We are exhausted at the end of the day but feel proud as we look back on how much we got done. Or maybe we aren’t proud. Maybe we did a lot today, but talk down to ourselves and say that we should have done more. There are so many successful people out there. With so much helpful information from personal development articles, blogs, and books, why can’t we just be better at applying the information and becoming more successful?
